COACH TAM TAM

Hi I’m Tammi and I’m a CrossFit, life and health coach, as well as a Certified Personal Trainer But I wasn’t always. 

 

My transformation is not the result of a New Year's resolution. This didn’t happen in 30 days, or a few months, or even in a few years. This was 7 years in the making.

 

It all started with one choice - to try a free intro class at a local Crossfit Gym. Yeah, I know what you’re thinking, yeah but look at you, you're fit. Well back then I was anything but fit. 

 

Don’t tell me you’re too old - I was 44 when I started my fitness journey and I’m 52 and still at it!

 

Don’t tell me that you are too out of shape - I smoked a pack and a half a day, I couldn’t run 200 meters or do a single push-up or pull-up when I started. 

Don't tell me you eat poorly - I had a raging lifelong eating disorder and my idea of dinner was a family sized bag of Ruffles and french onion dip


You can always find a reason not to start. But I challenge you to dig deep and find that one reason why you can start. Imagine how good it will feel to find out you CAN do It! You really can live a different version of your life. You can do hard and scary stuff. Make this the last year you say, “I’ll start next year”. This is my personal invitation for you to come join me and see just what you CAN do!

WHY ME AND WHY THIS PROGRAM?

It works! This isn’t about changing your life overnight. It's about implementing small changes that over a period of time just become “how you do life.”  If I can do it, I swear anyone can. I am 100% invested in my clients.I am ridiculously passionate about helping others on their fitness journey. My mission is to help clients discover a version of themselves they didn't know existed.

 

For the last 8 years I have been immersed in personal growth and development. This journey has led to my total life transformation. I learned that what I can control is my food, my movement, the company I keep, and my mindset. I have 8 years of experience in life, health, and fitness coaching. You won't find a more invested person to walk your health and wellness journey with than me. My three main focuses:

Personal Training

We'll start with a movement assessment to develop a plan to serve your individual needs and goals, with safety always being the main priority. 

 

I will help you move intentionally to yield the best results. 

 

Training includes (but not limited to): strength training, body weight movements, free weights, dumbbells, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump rope, and rowing machine 

Includes three 60 minute in person workouts per week.

(Remote training also available.)

I work with you to implement a habit based plan to create a lifestyle change; small little steps that, done over time, have a significant change in your health and wellness. 

 

These habits are not limited to the food we eat, but also include stress management, hydration, sleep, and mindset.

Includes one dedicated call per week, and ongoing support via text message.
